Frequently asked questions

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. We dispatch within 1–2 working days and it usually arrives 2–4 working days after that. Delivery and returns

How do I track my order?

We email you as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking details where available. Any questions about your delivery, email support@beebizco.com.

What if it doesn't fit?

You can return anything within 30 days of it arriving, including sale items. Email support@beebizco.com with your order number and we'll send you a returns label. Face masks can't be returned for hygiene reasons. How returns work

How do I find my size?

Every product has its own size table: tap Size guide under the size options. The easiest way is to measure a top or pair of joggers you already own and compare. If you're between sizes, go up one. Read the size guide

Do you do bigger sizes?

Yes. Many of our polos, shirts, joggers and sweatshirts go up to 6XL, and we have king size shirts and shorts from Tom Hagan and our own Beebizco range. Shop king size

Are there any discounts?
