Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange for any item returned as new with tags in original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. To exchange an item an additional P&P charge will be incurred. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please note: Your PayPal Account will be refunded once we have received and processed the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or because of faulty goods.
Faulty Goods: Please contact Kayess Co within 14 days of receiving the item, if you find the merchandise to be faulty, you may return it to us for replacement or refund.
